I am not really sure, but maybe one less presentation would be better, for instance maybe ditch the pre-alpha. And than have a deliverable every three wewks. Perhaps projects could be a bit better that way. Maybe AB test it hehe to see which groups would do a better job, ones with more presentations or ones with less :D or is this just me rambling?...
Some video conference equipment like a working microphone and a desktop camera with higher resolution.
The credits assigned to the course. 5 CFUs are too little.
But in general I would suggest to keep this course as it is, guarding it from drastic changes and as if it was precious gem for students like actually it is.
Video calls, lectures and maybe adding more interaction between teams and their projects.
Guest lectures should be more interesting.
There could be also an evaluation about lessons. In this way, students will be more concentrated during it. Because, in my opinion, my classmates were doing personal stuff during lessons and they loose a lot of useful information from teachers. For example, lesson about SCRUM or about cultural differences were really important and they were ignored by someone.
Have a designated room where all the equipment will be set up at the beginning of the course so the risk of tech not working or not being connected properly is, if not removed, reduced. Also, guys at POLIMI should get a proper room where everyone is visible and there is no need for switching places (seats) and having people presenting while sitting down.
