Impresive! It was unique experience and opportunity that help us prepare for what expect us in future careers.
The experience was great, and our project was very interesting. The only problem were some of the presentations which had bad video and audio quality.
Very interesting, I learned a lot about the challenges and the advantages of distributed work, the course in general can be demanding in term of work hours but in the end is very gratifying
in my opinion, this course give you a chance of working in a group especially with different geographic location, on the other hand it's like working in a real project, so it can be a very good experience for those who wants to continue as programming developer or even developing manager.

Comment - The course has fulfilled my expectations3 responses
It fulfilled my expectations. It was a more workload that I expected.
It was pretty much as I expected, it was very hard, time consuming, interesting, fund, and useful.
I enrolled to learn about scrum and distributed development and that's what I learned

Comment - The concept of the course with lectures and projects was2 responses
Perfect. I think there is lack of courses with that concept at Universities.
The concept was very good, but it would be good if the lectures were more focused on the usage of some tools, with more examples on how to use Jira, Asana or Trello, it doesn't need to be all tree just one or two, but with examples so students can choose their tools easier and use them efficiently from the beginning.

Comment - I have learned4 responses
I have learned about SCRUM, new interesting technologies and a lot about teamwork.
I have relay learn a lot. I have learned how to work with people remotely from different parts of the world (this was probably the best thing i learned this whole semester), and how to manage SCRUM and work with it, how to use some technologies for SCRUM management like Asana. Although the course doesn't teach you new technologies, you need to learn something new for the project if you haven't used it before, so I learned some Android development, how to use Docker, and PHP with Laravel. I also got better in communicating in English.
A lot of new technologies, but most of all how to better manage working in a distributed environment
how to work in a group and lots of programming skills

Comment - The lectures were3 responses
Lectures were presented in very interesting way. The topics were more than usefull.
The lectures were good, but i would like more examples on how to use some of the tools like Jira, Asana or Trello (not necessary all of them). Also the audio and video quality of some of the lectures was very bad and it was hard to follow and understand.
A part from some audio problems, in general they were interesting and very useful

Comment - The guest lectures were3 responses
The guest lectures held by employees of leading world companies were one of the best part of this course. We had opportunity to see how they approach problems. What are good and bad experiences of their work which is unique opportunity for us.
The guest lectures were very good, and it was very interesting to hear some examples, and how everything works in the real industry. The only problem was the bad audio and video quality of some of the lectures.
A part from some audio problems, in general they were interesting and very useful

Comment - I liked to work in the project3 responses
It was both challenging and fun to work on this project. I would recommend everybody to take this course.
I like courses that are project oriented. The project we had was very interesting, and had different parts. We had to make an Android app and a web page with a database, so we had to use different technologies and we had the chance to learn a lot.
because it had two main parts one for mobile app part another for web app part, so it was a lot to do

Comment - The project advising and support was4 responses
We did not have so much communication with our advisors. It would be great if they could comment on our weekly reports or minutes of meeting every week, so we can see our errors on time.
The project was very good defined and our customer was very clear about his wishes and ideas so everything went rely good.
The supervisors were always present to answer questions and resolve doubts
whenever we had a problem our supervisors helped us in order to make the process better

Comment - The cooperation between students from FER, POLIMI and MDH was (in your project):3 responses
Very constructive. Both challenging and fun.
We had some problems in the beginning but when we organized ourselves everything was great and we didn't have many problems working together.
After the team roles were defined we had no problems working together and the collaboration was very productive

My workload was big enough :)
The project was rely big so everyone had to do a lot, but some of us had more experience and i was one of them so we had a bit more work, but regardless there is no way to finish the project without everyone putting as much effort as they can.
Slightly more than anticipated

Equipment for distance work was very good. We had problems with audio few times but everything else worked perfect.
We had some problems with the video and audio at times, but i think most of the problems were related to the internet connection, and we can't do much about that.

13. The things I most liked in the course:12 responses
Being able to develop a project with collegues which was hundreds of km far from me. Learing from the other teammates. The envirnment/mood of the course.
I have three years experience in both software and hardware industry and I have worked in distributed environments. Unlike other team projects and assignments I had at university, this resembles a real life scenario. If you have no experience working in a distributed environment - enroll on this course. You will learn how to work with other cultures, how to collaborate with people who are not speaking the same language as you and you will make a few new friends. Also, I have never used agile and this course helped me to see it's benefits and problems. Now I am trying to implement some parts of it in a company I am working in. So, If you never tried SCRUM - enroll on this course and you will experience it hands on with no restraints :)
Invited lectures. Distributed lectures itself and opportunity to work in distributed team for a project offered by particular company.
Make friends
The experience. It was rely fun to work remotely with people from around the world on an very interesting real life project. And i also had the chance to get better in communicating in English which is very useful.
Working with like-minded people from different countries and learning about agile-scrum that is a very used term in today's software development
Learning how to work in distributed team, agile development and experiencing SCRUM
the things that I really like in this course were first working with international students from different university on the other hand working in a real project in which it causes to learn lots of new things in order to improve our knowledge.
.
A very nice and different experience from other courses that I had in my master.Having lectures from different companies and experienced people was also a nice feature of this course.
To work remotely with the people and communicate with them, video lectures by having different universities together, especially the presentations in front of camera.
I liked meeting a few new people, some of which are very competent and hardworking. Also, since I was never professionally working remotely, this gave me an idea of what it might be like.

14. The following can be improved in the course:12 responses
Quality of lectures in terms of technology.
There is too much unnecessary documentation - the idea of documentation is to get everybody on the same page regarding architecture, use cases and so on but in this case, most documents have themselves as a purpose.
Project advisors should give more comments on weekly basis so we know if we have some feedback before presentation. Maybe to offer short labs about technologies that are used in projects for interested students.
Communication
The audio and video quality should be better, and some examples on using different tools should be added to the lectures.
Please let me change my account password on the fer website.
Better equipment on the MDH and Polimi side would mean smoother presentations.
i didn't see any especial issue which must be improved
.
The only problem that I saw was the time for the project which in real life I think is more than that for a project.although the project doesn't need to a fully polished product.but All in all the start time to get used to the whole environment is not sufficient.Sometimes the level of quality of the remote presentations was not that good, even sometimes I couldn't even hear anything from the presenter.
Supervisors should pay more attention to the students and assist them with technical support.
From the admin side, things were really good as any questions we had were promptly answered and we were supervised well. Things that can go wrong, and in some cases did, was filtering of the projects. It is tough to know ahead of time how will each project turn out and its technical feasibility. Only suggestion I could think of is to try for all projects to be very specific without any ambiguities -- a project should make sense.
